I participated in a one-month residency at the Vermont Studio Center in Johnson Vermont. There were two other printmakers and many painters, sculptors, and writers invited to spend time focusing on creative works. While there, I worked on finishing pieces for a solo exhbition and began a new direction in my art. I found the uninterrupted time to be quite productive and finished 31 pieces there. This exchange was organized in conjunction with the 2006 MAPC Conference, Forging Connections. Thirty-three women from across the United States are in this portfolio. The women participating in this exchange come from a range of media including printmaking, painting, fibers, and mixed-media. It was organized in order to connect these different backgrounds into one exchange, thus showcasing a vast range of talent.

Hidden Treasures is now in the permanent collections of Ohio University and of the Racine Art Museum.
